It has come to our attention that there are a select few who have been posting horrible comments about us on ripoffreport.com

We will be the first to admit, that there are times where some transactions do not go as they should, but it doesn't mean that we do not want to make sure that we can fix any issue which comes about. There are the select few which have found it necessary to make comments about us on ripoffreport.com and many of them seem to be unfair and misleading. Ripoff report.com does not check comments for accuracy and are currently involved with many lawsuits against them.

All Businesses will have complaints. Its how we resolve them shows how the company handles itself in these types of situations. We are available 5 days a week and have a phone number on the website. If you have an issue we will resolve it for you. Internet transactions don't always go as smoothly as a face to face transaction, and we try to keep the issues to a minimum.

Doing our research on the internet, we have found that ripoffreport.com is out there to just make money and ruin the reputation of good, reputable companies. Below are some posts I've found and i would like to share it with our readers.

Lawsuits

Many companies have sued Rip-off Report or Magedson.^{[9][10][11][12]} At any given moment there are always lawsuits pending against Ripoff Report. None of these cases have ever gone to trial. Some have been settled, and in other cases Ripoff Report has failed to appear to defend itself. In such cases, a default judgment is entered against Ripoff Report. Some suits can be reviewed at Citizen Media Law Project.^[13]

Several people and businesses listed on Ripoff Report have allegedly hired the Defamation Action League, an organization run by William L. "Bill" Stanley (possibly a pseudonym), who is listed as one of the world's top 200 spammers,^[14] to attempt to make Magedson and his business partners remove specific reports. In return, Magedson filed a lawsuit under RICO. On June 21, 2007 a preliminary injunction was granted against DefamationAction.com and ComplaintRemover.com. Stanley and his associates were found liable for defamation and making death threats. Robert Russo, who claims not to be part of the Stanley group—but who does own ComplaintRemover.com, has filed an answer, defenses and a counter-suit in the case, which is in progress.^[15][16]

He writes his own false reports, along with his criminal dope smoking associates in New York and Arizona, the true fale complaint writters on Magedson's payroll. NOW, he is selling the identity of the parties making the complaints on Rip Off Report. We authored a complaint on Rip Off Report agaisnt another manufacture who had written us 3 bad checks totalling 27 thousand dollars. Two weeks after filing the report on Rip Off Report, the owner of the business was contact at his front door of his residence by the parties we filed the report agaisnt. They confessed they were sold the home address, telephone numbers and complete identity by Ed Magdeson for $5, 000 dollars. Boy, 11, tracks speeders with toy radar gun

LOUISVILLE, Ky. --

Landon Wilburn, 11, has a future as a cop - a traffic cop. The youngster, who used to shout at speeders to slow down as they drove through the Stone Lakes subdivision in Louisville, now has taken matters into his own hands.

Dressed in a reflective vest, wearing a bicycle helmet and armed with an orange Hot Wheels brand radar gun, he points and records the actual speed of passing traffic.

Landon also carries a flashlight with a built-in siren.

"When I saw it happening, I got the biggest kick out of it," said resident George Ayers, 61. "People were locking up their brakes when they saw him."

Many in the subdivision are frustrated that motorists tear through the neighborhood at 55 mph despite signs posting a 25 mph limit.

Officials said the city will install speed humps in the neighborhood if 70 percent of residents agree and are willing to put up half the money.

I applaud his actions. If people were doing 55mph in my 25mph neighborhood I would probably do something similar - its obvious the city has no interest in enforcement in that neighborhood. They want the residents to pony up half the cost for speed bumps to even consider them. Way to go for him.He knows there is a problem there in his neighborhood and he wants to do something positive about it.

Get the kid a led lightbar, some strobes, a dash light and a nice police charger, and that makes an amazing cop. (please don't let this comment offend you, it was a joke)

MTA BUSES USING EMERGENCY LIGHTING

Came across these pictures today and wanted to share it with my readers. Turns out some MTA buses are now running blue lights. Picture shown below is an MTA bus with a blue dash light and Par36s. Next thing we know, we'll see them with led lightbars and sirens. I find this to be very ridiculous and unnecessary. There are enough whackers out there trying to impersonate public service men and women, and this just adds to it. Why does a bus need an led dash light or led light bar? What has this world come to? Maybe its a bus just for volunteer firefighters? Can't be.. Maybe the department head is a whacker? quite a possibility..

HAPPY BELATED 4TH OF JULY!

Hope all our readers enjoyed their 4th of july. Hope the fireworks were outstanding... Spent the day with friends, ate a few burgers, had a couple of beers and tanned in the sun. Great fireworks show in my area. You know I've gone mad when i start to think about emergency lighting while watching the fireworks show. All I was thinking about was led lightbars. You can't blame me though, watching those bright red and blue colors can make a person go into light bar thinking mode. Hope everyone had a good time.

13 Year Old boy goes for a joy ride

South Carolina Boy Interested in Law Enforcement Steals Police Cruiser Twice, Mom Sees Nothing Wrong

DILLON, South Carolina — Call him the short arm of the law.

Police in Dillon, a small South Carolina town near the North Carolina border, say a 13-year-old with an interest in law enforcement twice stole a police cruiser and took it out to do some patrolling.

The boy's mother saw him bring the car home both times but didn't see anything wrong with the joyrides, Police Sgt. Jason Turner said.

The boy, who was charged with larceny and second-degree burglary, was not identified because of his age. He remained in Department of Juvenile Justice custody Wednesday.

His mother, Patricia Gillespie, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was released on $5,000 bond. A phone listing for her could not be found.

Turner said residents called police Sunday to say they'd seen the boy driving a police car. He said the boy also took the cruiser the previous Sunday and drove it around before returning it to the station. No one noticed it was missing.

The boy apparently watched someone enter a code to get into the department, then used it to get in and take the keys to the cruiser, Turner said.

Ryan's Quest for Duchenne muscular dystrophy *PLEASE READ*

Hancock, The Movie

Just saw the movie Hancock in the theaters and all I have to say about this movie is that its probably going to be the greatest movie of the summer. So you may ask what does the movie Hancock have to do with the essence of this blog which is mostly related to LED Lightbars, dash lights, police lights, etc, well you'll understand if you saw the movie. The movie was about an action hero who comes to the rescue of the police when the job gets too hard for them to handle (fiction) and we all know, where there are policeman, there must be light bars, mini light bars, dash lights, police lights on the police cars. The movie was full of these police cars with amazing lightbars. The Lightbars contained many different types of leds and were mostly red and blue. Will Smith did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend seeing the movie. If you folks know of any other movies which contain really nice lighting outfits on the cars, feel free to post your comments. You can never get enough of led lightbars.
